Directions For Use

Start off with 2 multi-phase casules on your first 2 days and increase dosage by 1 capsules each day until 4 capsule dosage per day is reached (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon). DO NOT EXCEED 4 CAPSULES PER DAY. For optimum results take on an empty stomach. Do not take any other caffeine, synephrine or thyroid boosting compounds (including tea, coffee, soda). Suggested cycle 8 weeks on 1 week off.
