Tribulus is a compound used specifically in bodybuilding because of its ability to naturally increase testosterone levels.

The benefit of Tribulus is that it is totally natural and there are no side effects associated with its use.

It contains steroidal saponins that are believed to be responsible for the increase in testosterone which in turn can increase lean muscle mass.
