Q: Can I mix N.O.-XPLODE ahead of time and keep it in the fridge until I'm ready to use it? A: Given that fact that N.O.-XPLODE is carbonated, which is part of the absorption system, pre-mixing it may cause the carbonation to escape and the product to go flat, much the same as would occur when opening a soda and leaving it out. This may lessen absorption of the product. Additionally, the creatine analogs contained in N.O.-XPLODE are only stable for so long. Thus, we recommend consuming N.O.-XPLODE within 15-20 minutes of mixing.
Q: Do I really need to cycle N.O.-XPLODE?
A: After 12 weeks of use, we recommend that you take a 4 week cycle off the product. The reason we suggest doing so is due to the fact that your body will eventually build a tolerance to the ingredients in the formula. When a tolerance develops, one has to consume more to get the same effect. Take coffee for example. Initially, an 8 ounce cup will give the average person a boost. As the days or weeks progress though, it may take more coffee to give the person that same increase in energy. Soon, he or she may need to consume 16 ounces to get the same effect. This is a tolerance that has built up to the caffeine in coffee. N.O.-XPLODE is similar. After 12 weeks of continued use, we recommend discontinuing for 4 weeks. This off cycle will help to eliminate the tolerance your body may develop as a result of using the product. This way, when you go back on, you should feel the same effects as you did when you first started using N.O.-XPLODE.
Q: Do I need to take N.O.-XPLODE everyday, even on non-training days? A: Though it is not necessary to consume NO XPLODE on non-training days, you can if you choose to. Some individuals use N.O.-XPLODE on non-training days for an energy boost and others do so as way to keep their daily creatine consumption up. However, it is not necessary for the product to be effective.
As a dietary supplements start with one scoop of NO Xplode mixed with 100ml of cold water. As your tolerance is established take 1-3 scoops about 30-45 minutes before your workout. On non-training days take one scoop in the morning or early afternoon on an empty stomach
