The price you see is the price you pay! No extra charges whatsoever are charged upon checkout, no VAT, no extra delivery charges on any items and no handling charges, nothing! All extraneous costs are included in the price so making your product choice is as easy as possible.

If paying by cheque, orders cannot be made online. If ordering by post please write down the product(s) name and any variables such as weight, amount or flavour.

At hartnutrition.co.uk we want to give you the absolute best deal for your supplements at all times. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere within 5 days of your purchase will we give you the difference! The amount difference will be given to you as store credit so you can make even more savings next time you shop with us.
Product price comparisons refer to normal sale products and cannot be applied to ‘on sale’ items, stock clearance items, short dated items or similar and only apply to products in stock ready for normal delivery.

Please contact us by phone, email or post before returning product. Unfortunately any supplements that have been opened cannot be returned. A restocking fee of £8 will be charged. When returning products you may opt for store credit or a full refund (minus restocking fee, only within 30 days)

How do I know you are a legitimate business?
Our company is verified by the ‘TrustWave’ trusted commerce programme; validated on a daily basis. The business is also registered with Companies House our company number is 0628369. We also display our full contact details including our business address, telephone number, e-mail address and registered business address. Apart from that, if you have a look at our site you will see tonnes of information and help pages that have taken a lot of time to compile and articles are added every day. If we wanted to make a quick buck we wouldn’t have gone to all that trouble!
How are your prices so low?

Can I pay by cash?
We can accept cash, much in the same way as a cheque, however we strongly advise against it due to the possibility of it being lost or stolen in the post. We cannot accept any liability for this. If you do wish to send us cash please read the way to pay under cheque payments – and we recommend a secured delivery method that insures any loss.
How will my payment appear on my credit/debit cards?

How do I know if you have received my order?
An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during checkout along with the product you ordered and an order ID number that you may quote if you have any questions. A second email will be sent when your order is dispatched.
What delivery methods are available?
All small items that weight under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail and all orders that weight above 2kg will be sent via ParcelForce WorldWide.
Can I track my package?
All orders sent via ParcelForce WordWide have a tracking number that can be sent to you upon dispatch if you request. Orders sent via Royal Mail cannot be tracked
How is my order packaged?
All orders sent via Royal Mail are sent in plain white Jiffy Mailer bags with bubble lining to protect the ordered item. Orders sent by ParcelForce WorldWide are sent in plain, discreet brown boxes with no writing apart from the ParcelForce barcode.
