How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As a guide in stock supplements take from 2 - 4 days to arrive. You will be informed of your order status when your order is dispatched, or you can upgrade to Priority delivery where in stock items ordered before 10am will be delivered within 1-2 working days AFTER DISPATCH or within 3 days if ordered after 10am.
Orders that weight over 2kg are sent via ParcelForce Recorded Delivery (requires signature)
Orders that weigh under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
How is my order packaged?
Orders that weight under 2kg are sent in plain white Jiffy Mailer bags and orders that weight above 2kg are packaged in plain brown cardboard boxes. All packaging is discreet with no indication of what the contents are. The only information placed on the box is your address.
What if no one is at home when the parcel is delivered?
Our courier will put a card through your letterbox saying they have called. You can then ring them to arrange a redelivery time or pick it up from the depot. If you arrange a redelivery and you are out again the package will be sent back to us. Unfortunately neither our courier, or us (Hart Nutrition) can be held liable for this cost and you will be liable for any extra charges.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your parcel doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time (3 days for Priority Delivery, 5 Days for Standard delivery), please contact us immediately, we will find out what has happened and make arrangements depending on the situation.
Can I deliver the parcel to my work address?
Yes, in fact we would recommend this option if you think its possible no one will be at home.
Note: Hart Nutrition may contact you if it deems neccessary to do so, for example if the billing address and shipping address, or the name of the cardholder and the adressee differ. This is merely a precaution so that fraudulent transactions are not possible.If we are under any suspicion that fraud has taken place we will hold any orders and refund payment. If a fraudulant payment has taken place the details will be passed to the Police We prosecute fraud evey time.
A little note about our discounts
You will see that we offer discounts for orders above certain amounts. We offer these for one main reason; delivery isn't free as such, but subsidised in our product prices. If you buy more than one product the subsidised delivery price will obviously be too much as we are now shipping two or more products at once.
To make sure you are getting the best deal no matter how large your order is, we give you these discounts to offset the delivery charges for larger orders. We cant be fairer than that!
