UK Non-Mainland: £16 (order under £200) Free (orders over £200)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every order that weighs over 2kg for example big tubs, or a mixture of products is delivered on a next day service. So if you order on Monday before 10am it will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders that weigh under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail First Class (delivery aim 1 day)
What if no one is at home when the parcel is delivered?
Our courier will put a card through your letterbox saying they have called. You can then ring them to arrange a redelivery time or pick it up from the depot. If you arrange a redelivery and you are out again the package will be sent back to us. Unfortunately neither our courier, or us (Hart Nutrition) can be held liable for this cost and you will be liable for any extra charges.
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us immediately, we will find out what has happened and make arrangements depending on the situation.
Can I deliver the parcel to my work address?
Yes, in fact we would recommend this option if you think its possible no one will be at home.
